Mission
There is no doubt that the music industry has undergone a sea of change in the last ten years.  You Rock Media Group, Inc., is a new and innovative music label that intends to embrace these changes as it strives both to promote new artists and empower the public to bring deserving artists to the attention of the world.  YRMG has created, protected, and begun packaging an unprecedented business model for discovering and promoting new musical talent.  To that end, YRMG licenses a patent-pending process, Systems and Methods for Identifying Talent, under the trademark You Rock the WorldTM.  This process allows musical artists from all genres of popular music to share their work with a global audience, who will in turn participate in the discovery of musical talent using a variety of media, including the internet, satellite and commercial radio, wireless communications, and television.  In addition, primarily through its internet site, You Rock the WorldTM will include a major philanthropic initiative, linking its participating musicians and audience members with charitable institutions from around the world.  In short, You Rock the WorldTM will harness the grassroots potential of the internet with emerging technologies to create a comprehensive popular music destination that will return power to artists in a rapidly transforming music industry at the same time that it allows the voice of the people to decide what music truly rocks the world.
